Banquet Room Assignment
Banquet room arrangements, menu selections and all other information pertinent to the success of your function will be needed 14 days prior to the function date. Beginning and ending times for use of banquet rooms must be accurate. Banquet rooms may be reassigned to other groups based upon your schedule. Your scheduled time must include any set up time or tear down time needed by your group.

Menu Selection
Your menu selection should be submitted to us no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Alternate menus are available upon request for guests with special dietary needs. Our staff will assist you in suggestions for alternate menus. Food and beverage prices are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee
All guarantees of banquet functions must be given seven (7) days in advance. The guarantee is not subject to reduction. If we do not receive a guarantee, we will assume the guarantee to be the maximum number of expected guests.

Food & Beverage Service
No food or beverages may be brought in to the facility by the patron or any guest or removed from
the facility following the event without prior approval. Food items cannot be removed from the premises, as proper food handling techniques cannot be guaranteed. All alcoholic beverages consumed in the Club shall be purchased from Anderson Country Club in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and the City of Anderson. No person under the age of 21 shall be served alcoholic beverages under any circumstances. Prices do not include Indiana state sales tax, gratuity or set up fees.

Deposits
A confirmation/cancellation deposit of $500.00 is required for social events. Direct billing requests must be established at least 14 days prior to the event. If arrangements have not been established, all functions will require an advanced payment based on tentative attendance amounts.

Tax Exempt
Tax Exempt groups must present their tax exempt certificate prior to the event.

Security
Any personal property of members or guests brought onto the premises of Anderson Country Club, either prior to or following the function shall be at the sole risk of the member or guest. Anderson Country Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such property for any reason. Members and sponsoring members assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damage done to any part of the premises during the function. The member hereby exonerates and holds Anderson Country Club harmless against any and all claims, liabilities or costs (including attorney fees and whether by reason or personal injury, death, property or otherwise) arising out of or connected with the function. The Club may require the presence of security officers for certain events.
